Going Solar:  This move is not inexpensive, but it will allow the RVer to “live off the grid” giving a freedom not previously experienced.  You can save your gasoline for driving and only run your generator when absolutely necessary. With as few as 3 storage batteries even your microwave can be run without plugging into city power or firing up the generator.
