The function of Sunnypark is to bring business and web visitors together.  If you have a product to sell we can help.  It might be just a marketing effort you require of perhaps building your entire internet business.  Each effort is evaluated individually and is approached on a partnership basis, minimizing up-front costs for you. 

We also actively seek individuals who work out of their RVs either making a product to sell or selling ready-made products at shows and such.

What better way to distribute information than in a searchable, self  contained, indexed, cool looking e-publication.  We can perform intelligent editing, formatting, book building, and distribution of your information product.  For your business or for personal use.  We can publish your short story, instruction manual, business proposal, or product guide.  Chances are someone on our staff is familiar with your product space and can make an intelligent informed creation for your product.  We can also include audio or video segments to your publication for demos or instruction.  Of course, satisfaction is guaranteed.  We can also help with marketing your product.  

JOINT VENTURE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
At Sunnypark everything is free, even business solutions.  At least there is never an upfront cost.  If you have a product that we find interesting, we will absorb the costs of web development and promotion.  There is no easier way to get into Internet business.

After the pages are written and the promotion started there will be sales.  Then, and only then, do we get paid a percentage of the sale. 

The percentage is determined by the amount of work required to bring your product to market, an estimate of what the ongoing marketing costs will be, and other factors determined by the relationship agreement.

We are, of course, very selective in the products we will invest in, since we are taking the risk.  If you have a product and you want to pay all costs, then that can be worked too, but it still has to be of interest to us.  This process is called JV, or Joint Venture, marketing.  It is designed, of course, to make money for you and us. 

There are many ways we can work with you to help you promote a product or service.  Some are:

-  Assistance in creating a subject based ebook about your product. 

-  Assistance in creating a web presence, optimizing for your market, search engine placement.

-  Opening a store at Sunnypark. 

-  Multimedia development such as video, graphics, or audio presentation

-  Design an on-line and/or off-line marketing strategy

-  Help with distribution solutions as necessary

-  Retail or wholesale sales

-  Acquiring or identifying sales channels

All business arrangements are based on mutual compatibility.  In other words, we want to build long term relationships with our partners and honesty and integrity are what we look for most.

Some questions we will ask you about your venture:

-  What is the product

-  Who makes up the market

-  What are the characteristics of your market

-  What will go in your sales letter

-  At what price will the product sell

-  What search words will people who want your product use to find your product.

-  What work do you want to do or participate in.  (Marketing, distribution, sales copy writing, free e-book writing, email support, e-zine writing and support)

-  We would also like to know what your product costs are.  This information is not required but goes a long way in developing the partnership

-  Hosting on our site as a Sunnypark Shop or on a separate site, both have advantages.

-  How will the product be shipped? We can help here if you do not have a method. 

-  Bonus items you might offer (Bonuses often make the sale)

-  Do you have competition, who are they?

-  If you are shipping the product a commitment is required that you will ship in a timely manner.

-  Understand that unless otherwise agreed upon, all web development done by Sunnypark remains the property of Sunnypark.  If at any time we decide to part ways we will take the campaign offline and we expect you not to use Sunnypark materials or designs in your separate sales and web efforts.   Basically, this means either of us can terminate the partnership and if we do we will go our separate ways in an open, honest, and fair manner.
